Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable. These include:

  • Opened seed packets
  • Items not in their original condition
  • Items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@seedswow.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Ensure that the item is securely packaged in its original packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
  3. Ship Your Return: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@seedswow.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@seedswow.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
